Recent COVID-19 pandemic has shown the complexity of human behavior in everyday activities, including mobility. However, our policy-making, design, and innovation decisions are often based on a simplified image of homo economicus. This lecture will unpack additional dimensions of human mobility through the lens of psychological and sociological theories.
