Executive Workshop on Generative AI
Unleashing the next wave of productivity and innovation in knowledge work
Generative AI is a major technological revolution that promises to supercharge productivity. This coming change has been most vividly illustrated by ChatGPT, the OpenAI’s chatbot service that can respond to prompts as well as proofread, summarize, and expand on a given text. In the visual sphere, Generative AI tools such as Stable Diffusion and Dall-E 2 can instantly generate impressive digital images based on user prompts. The new technologies are already deployed in business use and show strong benefits for creative and knowledge work.
The purpose of this workshop is to get business leaders up to speed with the changes, using case studies and detailed understanding of the technological developments to dive into the new opportunities of Generative AI for your industry and, more important, the strategic moves that enables your company to seize those opportunities. We build on case studies to elaborate on the changes Generative AI is creating on four distinct levels: professional expertise, business processes, organizational design, and industry ecosystems.
This 3-hour workshop will give you a good understanding of this new powerful technology and the potential it has to boost the productivity of knowledge work in areas such as software engineering, marketing, sales and customer service, and even strategy work. We will work in small groups to develop specific realistic use cases around Generative AI, including rough cost estimates for building and applying the tools in practice.
