Aalto EE Study Tour Programs and Executive Trainings

Some of Our Partnership Collaboration Outcomes

Singapore University of Technology and Design

Aalto EE and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) have partnered to deliver a ModularMaster in Technology and Management program. Comprising six thematic modules that draw upon technology, design strategy, and leadership, the program is designed to help individuals develop a mindset that combines understanding technology while developing people management capabilities. Customizations of the program are also possible, making contents flexible and suitable for organizations or companies with unique or industry-specific needs.

Institute of Technology Bandung, Indonesia

Since 2023, Aalto EE and the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) have partnered to deliver a joint EMBA Program designed for managerial professionals or senior specialists in Indonesia. Conducted over an 18-month period, 14 EMBA modules are evenly divided between Aalto EE and ITB, including on-site sessions at Aalto EE teaching premises in South Korea, Taiwan, and Finland.

aSSIST University, Seoul

For 30 years, Aalto EE has partnered with aSSIST University in the creation of Executive MBA programs for business executives in South Korea. With impact spanning decades, this collaboration has fostered a community of more than 4,000 EMBA alumni in Seoul. Through mutual trust built with local corporations, Aalto EE has designed several in-house custom EMBA programs for respected South Korean companies, including LG Electronics, KEPCO, Kookmin Bank, and Shinhan Bank.

WU Executive Academy, Vienna University of Economics and Business

Since 2021, Aalto MBA and WU Vienna MBA program participants have collaborated in the form of joint business strategy projects. In these projects, participants create a business analysis and solutions for the strategic business challenges of an organization. Additionally, Aalto EE has continued to provide study tour programs in Helsinki for WU Global EMBA participants on Leading Innovation and Sustainability themes.

UAE University Continuing Education Center, Al Ain

Partnering in 2019, Aalto EE and the United Arab Emirates University Continuing Education initially developed a joint Study Tour program for a group of future leaders from Al Ain, UAE. The purpose of this Study Tour was to sharpen participants’ skills in Aalto EE’s key points of leadership, innovation, and design thinking. In the following years, the collaboration has continued by expanding further with digitalized learning opportunities through online programs and customized courses.

UONGOZI Institute, Tanzania

In 2017, Aalto EE joined forces with the UONGOZI Institute in Tanzania to provide leadership training for government officials and private sector leaders. The unique collaboration program strives to achieve sustainable development in Africa. The success of the program has led to the launch of a new online Certificate Program in Leadership accessible to a wider audience.
