AI and Digital Business
AI and Digital Business is a module in the Global Leader Flex program and can also be taken as a stand-alone program.
Artificial intelligence is no longer a future vision — it is a present-day driver of business transformation. Organizations that harness AI effectively can streamline operations, unlock new business models, and deliver superior customer experiences. At the same time, leaders must navigate the ethical, organizational, and regulatory challenges that come with AI adoption.
The AI and Digital Business program equips participants with the knowledge and tools to both capture business value from AI and adopt it responsibly. Participants will explore how to identify opportunities, design AI strategies, and lead organizational change. By the end of the program, participants will have developed a concrete roadmap for AI adoption tailored to their business context, along with the leadership skills to ensure the responsible, sustainable, and impactful use of AI.
