Aalto EE and Hintsa Performance co-hosted a breakfast event during the F1 weekend at Aalto EE’s Singapore office.

The event was aimed at leaders and business decision-makers.

The discussion focused on the importance of recovery, among other topics.
In the corporate world, systems are often built around productivity, efficiency and deadlines. However, top athletes know that recovery is not a luxury – it’s a prerequisite for development. It restores energy, focus and resilience. Renewal, in turn, fuels creativity and growth.
These themes were at the core of the breakfast event hosted by Hintsa Performance at Aalto EE’s Singapore office. Representing Aalto EE were Managing Director Tom Lindholm from Finland, along with Esther Hoon, Angelitta Khine and Rayshmar Janani from the Singapore team.
The discussion was led by Annastiina Hintsa and Maria Krajewska-Olkkonen.
“One message stood out in particular: in both business and Formula 1, recovery is the foundation of sustainable high performance,” said Tom Lindholm.
During his visit to Singapore, he also had several conversations about how Nordic leadership and Finnish strengths in technology and design resonate strongly in the region.
“It was also inspiring to spend time with our colleagues in our new office,” he added.
