In the Nordic countries, early-stage entrepreneurs receive a wide range of support, which has enabled many companies to expand internationally. Often, however, companies are unable to reach their full potential and after a fast start, their growth slows down significantly or even stops. The new GlobalScaleX growth program tackles this challenge.
It is important to provide solutions to this problem, as scale-ups create a lot of new jobs, and promote innovation and the economy of their own country.
The program is aimed for Nordic scale-up companies with a turnover of at least two million euros, which employ at least ten people and have grown by at least 20% in the previous 1–3 years.

GlobalScaleX consists of five modules, company-specific mentoring sessions, and a demo day during which companies can present their ideas to local and international investors. The program ensures that participants have all the necessary skills and knowledge to reach their full potential in the international market and to network effectively.

GlobalScaleX is part of the Nordic Scalers project, supported by Nordic Innovation, which aims to promote and facilitate the growth of Nordic companies, as well as cross-border collaboration, and strengthen the Nordic ecosystem of growth companies.
