An important aspect of lifelong learning in Finland is the transformation of our educational system so that the skills and competencies of individuals, teams, and organizations can be developed in an increasingly agile and efficient way. This requires the development of new types of continuous learning opportunities for companies and organizations, and offering these opportunities flexibly when they are needed.
We work together with Aalto University in close cooperation with multiple stakeholders including companies, governmental and non-governmental organizations, foundations, research groups, and partner universities on different types of lifewide learning initiatives and development projects. The goal is to enable dialogue and innovation between different lifewide learning actors and to develop new ways of designing and organizing continuous learning solutions that meet the changing needs of individuals, companies, and society at large.
Please contact us to discuss opportunities for joint lifewide learning development projects.
