IIris Lahti

Iiris Lahti specializes in driving the responsible use of data and AI, helping organizations evolve their data and AI development and governance practices to create sustainable business value. She brings nearly two decades of experience in the data and AI industry, spanning finance and performance management consulting, leading data-driven transformation and analytics units in the media sector, and co-founding Finland’s leading AI and data freelancer agency.
Currently, Iiris leads services and customer success operations at Saidot, a Finland-based AI Governance platform provider with a global customer base and a recent collaboration with Microsoft. She supports customers in developing effective AI governance practices that accelerate AI time-to-market, support AI safety and performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Throughout her career, Iiris has focused on enabling data and AI innovation through the right combination of skills, tools, collaboration models, and governance structures. Her work at the intersection of business leadership, end users, data scientists, data engineers, and legal professionals has given her a practical and comprehensive perspective on AI and data transformation, change management, and leadership.
Minna Kärhä
Business Area Lead, AI Business Design, Solita
Minna Kärhä is a distinguished data and analytics expert with over two decades of experience leading data and AI initiatives across customer experience, sales and marketing, consumer services, and business operations development. Her extensive, hands-on expertise spans multiple industries, giving her a deep understanding of both the opportunities and challenges organizations face in leveraging data and AI.
A passionate advocate for the strategic value of data, Minna has been instrumental in driving organizational change and embedding data as a core business asset. Drawing inspiration from design thinking, she has developed practical methods to help organizations define their strategic focus and navigate the complexities of data-driven transformation.
Patrick Furu
Director, Aalto EE and Adjunct Professor of Management, Hult International Business School
Patrick Furu has 20 years of experience in consultancy and executive education for management concerning strategies, change processes, and competence development.
He has worked with many large companies, such as Aviva, Cargotec, Ericsson, Fortum, NCC, Nokia, Nordea, Pfizer, SEB, Skanska, Telia, and UPM. Patrick has board work experience in SMEs. His past activities include top management group experience in the IT industry.
Patrick’s research has centered on strategic knowledge creation and sharing in multinational companies, the role of the board of directors in medium-sized companies, and leadership models and processes in improvising jazz bands and classical music ensembles. At Aalto EE, Patrick covers topics such as strategy creation and execution, the interface between leadership and strategy, managing complexity, agile organizational forms, digital leadership, high-performing teams, and collective competence.
