Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Apply coaching style interpersonal communication skills to build trust, support motivation, and improve one-to-one collaboration.
Develop and implement a personal leadership plan that integrates self, relational, and team-level tools into everyday practice.
Distinguish between formal and informal sources of power and identify different styles and origins of leadership.
Explain principles of self-management and decentralized authority and identify how these concepts are visible in their work.
Facilitate everyday teamwork by reading group dynamics, structuring collaboration, and supporting shared decision-making.
Recognize their individual strengths, values, and influence patterns and build helpful self-leadership approaches based on them.
