The IT Leadership program is designed for CIOs and other key decision-makers in digital transformation who want to strengthen their organization’s capabilities.
Typical participants hold roles such as CIO, CTO or Head of Digital Transformation. They face challenges such as aligning IT and business strategy, leading major digital transformation initiatives, prioritizing technological investments, and building future-ready capabilities in a rapidly evolving environment.
Content and Schedule
The IT Leadership program consists of four intensive modules (9.5 days) combining strategic insights and practical tools. The curriculum covers IT strategy and governance, digital transformation, AI-driven business models, portfolio and risk management, as well as leadership for impactful change.
You will learn through a dynamic mix of expert lectures, case analyses, and collaborative group work. In addition to in-person sessions, the program includes two optional self-paced online courses: Leading Change and Talous haltuun virtuaalisesti, designed to reinforce your leadership and financial management skills.
