In this webinar, we address the next frontier of LLM technology, particularly AI agents. We discuss how this technology can help organizations become more efficient by allowing employees to focus on essential tasks while leaving repetitive work for an AI to handle. Among other applications, we explore how AI-based coding assistants are making software development more accessible to everyone, from professional developers to business users.
Keynote Speakers
Antti Ukkonen, Adjunct Professor, Department of Computer Science, University of Helsinki
Antti Ukkonen is a computer scientist and educator with 20+ years of R&D experience from both private and public sector organizations. At present, Antti is an independent consultant advising companies with AI projects. Previously, he was the Chief Product Officer at Speechly, a venture-funded startup acquired by Roblox Inc. in September 2023. Prior to this, he was an Academy Research Fellow at University of Helsinki. He has also worked at the Finnish Institute for Occupational Health, Aalto university, as well as Yahoo! Research. Antti holds a doctoral degree from Aalto University (2008) and is an Adjunct Professor of Data Science at the University of Helsinki, Department of Computer Science.
Otto Söderlund, AI Lead, Supercell
Otto Söderlund is a technology entrepreneur with extensive expertise in machine learning and AI applications. He began programming at 10 and has been passionate about technology ever since. After encountering Karl Sims’ Evolved Virtual Creatures in 1994, Otto recognized AI's potential to transform the world. He studied computer science and AI at Helsinki University of Technology and worked as a software developer in a SaaS startup. Otto later co-founded a leading Nordic digital management consultancy, which he sold in 2015. In 2018, he co-founded Speechly, a deep learning startup specializing in speech recognition, which went through the Y Combinator startup accelerator and was later acquired by Roblox in 2023. After taking some time to advise startups and help companies like Bell Labs on AI commercialization, he started as the AI lead at Supercell.
