Content and Schedule

The course introduces the key elements of digital transformation in HR, covering core digital technologies, data-driven decision-making, and the drivers for change. You will gain insights into how digitalization reshapes HR functions and explore practical approaches to leading transformation and leveraging people analytics to create value.

 

The course takes approximately 27 hours to complete and is equivalent to 1 ECTS.  It includes modular content with a mix of video lectures, readings, and assignments.

You can complete the course at your own pace, either by spreading the content over several weeks or by following a more focused schedule. 

Learners have 90 days of access to the course materials, allowing flexibility to study at their own pace. To complete the course, participants must engage with all modules and pass the quizzes.

Instructor

Dina Myllymäki

Dina Myllymäki is a University Lecturer at Aalto University School of Business.

She teaches topics related to human resource management, digital HRM, and organisational development. Her work focuses on how emerging technologies and artificial intelligence in particular are transforming the HR function and shaping the future of work. More recently, she has expanded her research to social impact, examining how it is defined and evaluated in the business context. In her teaching, Myllymäki brings a research-driven perspective with practical relevance, helping students make sense of real organisational challenges and consider different ways people management can be done.
