At the alumni event, Juha Simola, CEO of Temet Group Oy, will discuss the growing global demand for civil protection shelters and dual-use solutions that serve both civilian and security purposes. In addition, he will address Europe's current security and preparedness landscape, highlighting how the changing geopolitical environment is increasing the need for modern protection and resilience solutions.

Temet Group Oy is a Finnish company specializing in civil defense, blast protection, and CBRN shelter solutions. Under Simola's leadership, Temet has strengthened its international presence and contributed to the development of global standards for protective shelters and resilient infrastructure.

CEO Juha Simola has led the company since 2022, bringing extensive international leadership experience from the defense, engineering, and manufacturing industries, including executive roles at Weckman Steel, Patria, and Fortaco.
