That's the question at the heart of Aalto EE's Leading Digital Transformation program, an executive diploma in digital strategy designed for senior leaders who need to do more than keep up with the pace of change. They need to drive it.

The Unlearn to Transform Whitepaper was born out of the need to understand why only a few organizations succeed in creating real value from their AI investments and what true transformation demands from leaders and their organizations.

As the transformation of working life accelerates, the skill needs of organizations are changing structurally. Successful organizations do not focus solely on the skills of individuals, but on how new understanding and capabilities can quickly become part of the thinking and decision-making of the entire organization.
