Henri Weijo is Associate Professor in Marketing at Aalto University School of Business.
Henri Weijo is an expert in consumer marketing with a special concentration in research in consumer collectives, value co-creation, and consumer creativity. His research has been published in marketing’s top-tier academic outlets such as Journal of Consumer Research and Journal of Business Research.
Dr. Weijo has an extensive industry background in digital marketing and advertising prior to and also during his academic career. Despite his move to academia, he has continued his marketing industry involvement as a consultant and public speaker. He has consulted Finnish companies on brand strategy, marketing communications, research, and customer engagement.
Prior to his return to Aalto University, he was an assistant professor at Bentley University, which USA Today rated as the number one marketing teaching university in North America. He has also served as a guest lecturer at the University of Oulu and California State University Cal Poly (San Luis Obispo).
