Tudeer holds a Licentiate of Science in Technology degree from Aalto University and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Helsinki. Her postgraduate research interests are in the fields of purchasing management and sustainability.

Tudeer's expertise includes sourcing and supply chain management, organizational transformations, operational efficiency, global supplier management, and organizational development. During her career, she has worked with for example strategy development, sustainability, process development, and risk management.

For the last years, Tudeer has worked as Head of Procurement and Supply Management at thyssenkrupp Group, in Germany. Previously Ketty has worked as an executive management consultant gaining a wide knowledge of several industries and before that over 11 years in several managerial positions within Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks.
