His areas of interest include business and society, economic reforms in transition economies, self-development and leadership development, outsourcing and creativity and innovation. Fluent in several languages, and a frequent contributor to professional journals in India and abroad, his latest book on ”Growing Leaders” (co-authored) is to be released in 2017. He is also completing a volume on ”Management Insights from Indian Spirituality: Investigations from the Epics for Managers”. Ram has won several teaching awards from successive groups of students in both creativity and innovation.
