The program helps entrepreneurial professionals learn and apply design thinking to organization design, to create and spread large-scale transformations. Fellows have designed systems interventions in international development, food equity, philanthropy, K12 education, disaster relief, financial services, legal technology and federal workforce collaboration. Current fellows are also working on issues in health care, including childhood obesity, cancer prevention and clinical care for low-income communities.
