Aalto University Executive Education and Componenta have conducted together Componenta Core program.
In Componenta Core  - general management program -  we are focusing on strengthening our defined leadership competencies :

• Forerunner for the success  - Ready for change - Make it happen  - Let’s do it together  - Power to serve
• by creating understanding  and offering perspectives of selected themes and aspects - provided by world class thinkers and management developers on the following key areas
• business dynamics, strategic thinking, competitive advantage, dynamics of change
• operational efficiency and agility towards customer needs
• management accounting and reporting
• leadership ability

Additionally, Componenta Core has been one of the tools to build up Componenta mindset and common ways to operate.  Although the target group of this program has been the persons possessing management experience and seniority position already, in each Core program we have had approx five junior leaders who have shown potential to grow for more demanding general possessing positions in the future. The mixture of participants has created fresh thinking and aptitude of common management challenges.

The program has strengthened participant’s competencies and helped us to create new common culture in Componenta worldwide. Collaboration with Aalto EE has been inspiring and successful. No wonder, we will continue the Componenta Core –program.
