Observation/auditing policies

Executive MBAs

• One free/complimentary seat at every EMBA elective module
• One free/complimentary seat at every PT MBA elective module
• Additional alumni seats can be subscribed at a price of 750 EUR (excl. VAT)
• The free/complimentary seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. If there are multiple alumni requesting the same elective, priority is always given to those who have not utilized their free/complimentary seat during that year. In case there are no competing prioritized requests for the elective, one alumnus/alumna may use more than one complimentary seat per year. The seat allocation is always at the discretion of the respective Program Director and the Alumni coordinators.

Part-time MBAs who have already been promised an unconditional open access for electives till the end of 2015

• Unlimited number of free/complimentary seat at every  PT MBA elective module till the end of 2015
• Alumni seats at every EMBA elective can be subscribed at a price of 750 EUR (excl. VAT)

Part-time MBAs who have NOT already been promised an unconditional open access for electives till the end of 2015
(= cohorts from 2012 onwards)

• One free/complimentary seat at every EMBA elective module
• One free/complimentary seat at every PT MBA elective module
• Additional alumni seats can be subscribed at a price of 750 EUR (excl. VAT)
• The free/complimentary seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
