The Aalto Part-time MBA program supports and assists its students in defining their career aspirations within  their current organizations and in developing and enhancing the skills needed to manage successful career advancement.

We help you specify the personal targets that motivate you most – and how you can reach them.

Career development workshops will be arranged during the second year of your studies. The aim of these workshops is to provide you with many practical tools from self-assessment to interview preparation. These workshops are followed by confidential one-on-one counseling sessions during which you can explore  your specific career objectives in more detail.
