The Aalto EMBA students participate in a guided Self-Leadership Process. This Process is aimed to help and support the EMBA students in benefitting the maximum of their studies. The process includes reflections on where the student stands now in relation to his/her goals and ambitions as well as where he/she would like to aim. The process also includes assessment and feedback on the leadership qualities of the student. |
