The International Week involves pre- and post-work just like regular Aalto EMBA modules but in an even more compact and effective format. Reading materials are sent to you four weeks prior to the International Week. The materials include the module outlines and all the pre-reading materials.

Participation requirements

The International Week program is open to currently enrolled Aalto Executive MBA students.

Registration

To register to the International Week, you will need to fill in a registration form and return it to your local EMBA staff by May 20, 2012.

Price

The seminar fee is 200 EUR + VAT.

Venue

The International Week is held at Aalto University Executive Education, Mechelininkatu 3 C, Helsinki.

Travel and accommodation

Each participant is responsible for his/her travel arrangements to and from Helsinki and for accommodation in the city. There are a number of rooms reserved at the Scandic Hotel Simonkenttä and Hostel Academica for the International Week participants.

Roomrate at Scandic Hotel Simonkenttä: 154 EUR/night/single room & 174 EUR/night/twin room. Rates include VAT, buffet breakfast, free WLAN, free usage of the hotel sauna and gym.
