Becoming a Leader provides participants with a compelling view of how self-awareness help develop essential skills in leading others.

The program has three modules designed around the three leadership principles of experience, expression and self-awareness. The latest academic research, concrete tools and proven learning methods provide the participants with new skills that enable them to lead with confidence and certainty – and use these abilities effectively to bring about lasting change within their organization.

The Becoming a Leader program is aimed at large and middle-sized companies’ top talent, managers with up to three years’ managerial experience, specialists and senior experts, and individuals with an interest in developing leadership skills.
