The Service Design module is an elective module in the Global Manager Program and open for students from Aalto Executive MBA Program.

The module focuses on innovation and design of services. The overall goal of the module is to provide participants with an understanding of services from a business perspective, as well as from the perspective of developing and designing services. The module will discuss main concepts and contemporary research themes related to services and service society and how these concepts can be applied in practice. The themes covered are amongst others, the concept of service design, service design process and service design related research projects.
