The only constant in life is change! Yet change creates a sense of urgency and can negatively affect your personal and professional stability. Dealing with change has become one of the most critical skills necessary to successfully manage your career. This module will focus on becoming aware of your perceptions of change and how you can develop a new approach to dealing with different situations. You first learn to apply the tools to yourself and then help your team and, ultimately, the entire company.

The module will

• provide you with a new vision of change processes and how to deal with them successfully
• prepare you to adopt new methods to deal with change
• give you tools to lead people through difficult changes in constructive way.
