Aalto University hosted an entourage from Xiamen University's School of Management, China on Friday, August 5, 2011. The group comprised of Dean, Prof Shen Yi Feng, Assistant Dean, Prof Zhou Xing, EMBA Director, Prof Lin Tao and IT Support Director, Mr. Li Jin. Aalto University Executive Education (Aalto EE) Associate Dean, Dr Minna Hiillos and Associate Director, Mr Cary Chan, together with Aalto University's Vice President, Dr Hannu Seristo, hosted the group in Helsinki.  Xiamen University's representatives toured the facilities at Aalto EE and Aalto School of Economics and ended the day with a visit to Aalto Factory, a concept that impressed the visitors. Xiamen University School of Management's EMBA was ranked #1 Top Accounting Program by Businessweek in 2009 and #9 Most Valuable EMBA by Forbes China in 2010. Both institutions are looking forward to cooperation on the EMBA and Executive Education front and the MOU will fortify Xiamen's and Aalto's foothold in the Asia Pacific arena.
