At some point in your career you may find yourself in a managerial role where you are asked to define the direction your organization will take in its primary markets. This module will focus on developing a marketing strategy selection process that includes determining what strategic options exist and what is required to balance short- and long-term objectives.

The module will

  • give you an understanding of the importance of marketing orientation throughout the company
  • help you to familiarize yourself with major marketing principles and processes
  • demonstrate how to integrate aspects of strategy, creativity, innovation and improvisation as critical components of success when creating a marketing culture.
