Aalto University Executive Education Ltd is a company fully owned by Aalto University. Our personnel consists of 50 people, including our hub in Singapore. Our group is continuously strengthened with business and leadership development experts.

Main roles in our community:

Account Director

Account Director's main responsibilities are customer relationship management, new business acquisition, sales and product portfolio development together with Development Managers. Account Director is expected to have solid experience in leadership development, business understanding, personal leadership experience as well as strong ability in project management and leading customer relations.

Development Manager

Development Manager's main role is to develop, sell and realize projects according to customer needs. Development Managers are experts in leadership development, learning, development methods and understanding customer's business.

Coordinator

Coordinators take care of customer satisfaction and unique service experience. Coordinator is responsible for all training program and event practicalities. During contact hours Coordinator and Development Manager have equal responsibility of customer service.
